01.11.18 (Thursday) Fr. Jon Kalisch of the Knights of Columbus to be 2018’s First Speaker

Featuring Fr. Jon Kalisch
Sponsored by Knights of Columbus

Details

To ring in the new year, we are honored to be hosting Fr. Jon Kalisch, Director of Chaplains and Spiritual Development at the Supreme Council of the Knights of Columbus. The Knights of Columbus have been one of our most faithful sponsors, and Father Kalisch will be speaking to us not only about his life, career, and faith, but also about the work that the Knights do.

The Knights of Columbus date back to 1882, when they were founded by Father Michael J. McGivney in New Haven, CT. He sought to form an organization that would provide insurance and support for the working and immigrant classes that were prominent in the Northeast in the late-19th and early-20th centuries. Today the Knights focus on charity and goodwill for all, as well as promoting Catholic principles and education.

We’re proud to have a strong relationship with the Knights of Columbus, and we look forward to Father Kalisch enlightening us on the morning of Thursday, January 11, 2018.

Ring in the new year with us by enjoying coffee, pastries and networking. As always, we invite you to join us for Mass in the Cathedral of the Incarnation at 7:00 a.m. before our program commences at 7:30 a.m. in The Fleming Center.
