He specializes in representing Occupiers of Office properties by solving their commercial real estate requirements for long term success on a National and Local level. Prior to Cherry & Associates, Drew worked with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone for over 5 years and before that with Colliers International for 3 years in Landlord & Tenant Representation. Over that span, he successfully performed on over 3 million square feet of listing assignments and completed more than 60 million in leasing and sales transactions.
