I have worked in mortgage lending since 1987 in the middle Tennessee area and have over 30 years in this industry. I have done FHA, VA, Conventional, Rural Development, THDA (first-time buyer), Jumbo, and commercial loans. I enjoy working with a diverse group of clients from those buying their first home to people that are buying multiple investment properties to even commercial properties. Serving the needs of my clients is my top priority. I also work with my clients educating them on their options so that they can make an informed decision between available loan products and scenarios.
