STAR Physical Therapy was established in 1997 and has grown to over 60 outpatient clinics providing physical therapy and occupational therapy.  Our foundational mission is “To Serve.” Our commitment to the patient and physician is to provide clinicians that are “great mechanics of the human body.”  STAR also provides athletic training coverage to many of the high schools throught Tennesee.
