Effective date: August 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of catholicbusinessleague.org (the “Site”) and the programs, membership, events, business directory, job board, and other services offered by the Catholic Business League (“CBL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, applying for membership, registering for an event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. About CBL

The Catholic Business League connects, develops, and inspires Catholic professionals to live their faith at work, home, and in the community through breakfast meetings, networking events, the Leadership Catholic program, a business directory, a job board, and related programs.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The Site and our programs are intended for business professionals age 18 and older. If you create a member account or submit information through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Membership

CBL offers Standard, Retiree, and Career Transition membership tiers, as well as participation in the Leadership Catholic program, each subject to the dues, eligibility criteria, and benefits described on the Site at the time of application. Membership dues are processed through PayPal; a PayPal account is not required, and payment may be made by debit or credit card through PayPal’s checkout. Membership dues, once processed, are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at CBL’s sole discretion. CBL reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or terminate membership at its discretion, including for conduct inconsistent with CBL’s mission and values or violation of these Terms.

4. Events

Registration for breakfast meetings, quarterly events, the Annual CBL Mass, and other events may be subject to additional terms, capacity limits, and fees disclosed at the time of registration. CBL may modify, reschedule, or cancel events at its discretion. Unless otherwise stated at the time of registration, event fees are non-refundable.

5. Business Directory and Job Board

Members and users may submit listings to our business directory or post job openings and resumes to our job board. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and not misleading, unlawful, infringing, or offensive. CBL does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of directory listings, job postings, or resumes, and is not a party to and is not responsible for any agreement, employment relationship, or transaction between users. CBL reserves the right to remove any listing, posting, or resume at its discretion.

6. Donations

Donations to CBL are processed through PayPal and are voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of any donation.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Site or interacting with CBL’s programs, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Post or transmit content that is false, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable, or inconsistent with CBL’s Catholic mission and values;
