Greg Sandfort has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tractor Supply Company (NASDAQ: TSCO) since January 1, 2013. Prior to being named CEO, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from February 2012. He served as President and Chief Merchandising Officer from February 2009 to February 2012 and as Executive Vice President-Chief Merchandising Officer since November of 2007.

Mr. Sandfort previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Michael’s Stores subsequent to his role as Chief Merchandising Officer. Mr. Sandfort also held positions of increasing responsibility in merchandising and management positions at retailers such as Sears Roebuck and Company, Belk Stores and Federated Department Stores. Mr. Sandfort began his career at F.W. Woolworth/Woolco following college at the University of Louisville. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the WD-40 Company located in San Diego, California.
