We were pleased to welcome a large audience to this morning’s Catholic Business League meeting for a panel discussion on Leadership Catholic and the growth opportunities that it provides for mentors and mentees. 

Throughout the conversation, the value of connecting with mentors and fellow classmates was a common theme expressed by all three Leadership Catholic graduates — Zach Otten, Anna Beth Godfrey and Matt Brzica — as well as mentor representative Deborah Varallo. That emphasis on community, they said, fostered a true sense of collaboration and trust in one another. 

An eagerness to learn — in personal, professional and spiritual journeys — was also emphasized as a key component for pursuing growth throughout Leadership Catholic. All participants have their own experiences, and therefore each can contribute unique ideas and learn from those shared by others.
