We were delighted to have Scott Mertie, Founder of Nashville Brewing Company, as our February CBL speaker.

Scott took his passion on the history of brewing around the world before coming full circle and relaunching the historical Nashville Brewing Company, which first opened its taps in 1859 before shuttering years later.

Also the President of Kraft Healthcare Consulting, Scott is a parishioner at Holy Family Church and has been particularly fascinated by how Catholic monks have played a pivotal role in the history of brewing.
