The Catholic Business League thrives on exceptional leadership, and we are excited to honor Gregory Sandfort, our 2023 Catholic Professional of the Year, at the breakfast meeting on November 9.

Greg has more than 40 years of experience in the retail industry, including with Tractor Supply Company, Michaels Stores, Inc. and Kirkland’s, Inc. With Tractor Supply, he served as chief executive officer from May 2016 to January 2020, after which he served as strategic advisor and consultant to the company until August 2020. He had served as Tractor Supply’s chief operating officer, chief merchandising officer and executive vice president.

Before joining Tractor Supply, Gregory previously served as president and chief operating officer at Michaels Stores, Inc. (March 2006 – August 2007) and as executive vice president – general merchandise manager (January 2004 – February 2006). In addition, he has served as a director of WD-40 Company and Kirkland’s, Inc.

We look forward to celebrating Greg’s expansive accomplishments and hearing his insights on the role of his faith in his executive leadership.

The meeting will begin at 7:45am on November 9 in The Fleming Center at The Cathedral of the Incarnation. Mass is offered at 7:00am.
